Divorce Mediation

In Divorce Mediation, divorcing couples retain control over the decision making process and directly negotiate the settlement agreement that best serves their needs.  A mediated divorce costs less and is faster than traditional divorces and most importantly it does not turn into an ugly battle that leaves parents and children emotionally scarred. When you divorce, and/or separate, important economic and child-related issues must be resolved.  In the traditional divorce, the parties' attorneys attempt to negotiate a settlement of these issues on behalf of their clients.  When negotiations fail, the matter typically goes into litigation and may lead to costly contested motions and even a trial.
